By accessing and using the GadgetNorm platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the service.
GadgetNorm offers training modules and consulting tools focused on hardware infrastructure standardization, electronic device auditing, and computer equipment inventory control. Access to the content is granted under a non-exclusive and non-transferable license.
The user agrees to use the platform in accordance with the law, not to alter the operation of the service, not to reproduce the materials without express authorization, and to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials. Any misuse may result in the immediate suspension of the account.
GadgetNorm provides the content with professional diligence but does not guarantee that the results of audits or training will completely eliminate operational or security risks. The platform is offered "as is," without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall GadgetNorm be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, business interruption, or equipment replacement costs. The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last twelve months.
All materials, trademarks, logos, and content published on the platform are the property of GadgetNorm or its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
GadgetNorm reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via notice on the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
The user may cancel their account at any time. GadgetNorm may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Upon termination, the user must cease using the platform and destroy any copies of downloaded materials.
